 OKPA RECIPE Things needed for the preparation of OKPA. - Okpa flour - Oil - Salt - Pepper - Uziza  - Crayfish ( optional )  - Maggi cube ( optional ) - Onions ( optional )   HOW TO PREPARE OKPA: 1. First of all, measure the Okpa flour into a clean mixing bowl. 2. Pour in some palm oil. 3. Gently knead the dough until it gets an orange-yellow color. If it's not as desired, add a little oil again and knead. 4. While kneading, once it give you desired colour gradually add lukewarm water until you get your preferred consistency. Not too watery. 5. Then, add salt, pepper, Uziza,etc of your choice. 6. Taste it to check if it's okay, or if there is anything else to add. 7. Finally, scoop into the materials you are using to wrap it. Gently place them into a boiling pot of water, and boil on a relatively high heat for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Turn off the heat and serve hot. * NOTE : Boil water ( lukewarm ) and keep before mixture and place the water you will use and cook it on fire to be
